Graham Brighty Sales and Operations Director

Graham has been involved with property sales, letting and acquisitions since 1977, initially working for Fox & Sons before establishing his own estate agency business in Sussex with five offices

In addition

Graham is CeMap, CeRer and CII finance qualified and actively works in the Buy to Let, Bridging and development finance sectors.

Graham has over 7 years experience within the UK and Offshore investment markets, notably based in the Middle East & the Caribbean.

Further UK experience has been involved with development of new build and refurbishment projects, working with corporates and large Housing Associations. Other aspects have been negotiating planning options and acting as a Financial Director for a Construction Company

John is a people person. He's also a good judge of character. This makes him the man to go to for all your new projects, whether these are for new clients, landlord or tenant management needs. From smaller routine maintenance matters, through to refurbishment of new purchases or current landlord owned properties. Additional works are working with landlords to ensure that rental properties are up to standard for electrical and plumbing and heating issues and more so these days that EPC Ratings are satisfing current government legislation and local authority requirement John's calm, matter-of-fact attitude will ensure that he can professionally and efficiently handle all the work you may need completed!

Kate has a passion for travel and for her city. She loves accommodating people coming to visit and knows all the hot spots around town! Her top priority is making sure your property is left just as it was found and being that point of contact for your tenants or ABNB guests! Kate comes from a service industry background so understands how important client relations are and ensuring that tasks are always completed.
